What can help block lactic acid?

Is there any supps out there I can take that can help block lactic acid pain or decrease my recovery time while doing endurance work or recovery time in general?

Would be interesting to see peoples replies.. Don't want to use creatine, tried that it gave me real bad cramps and headaches.. even while drinking approx 6 litres of water per day, plus it seemed to make my cardio even worse!

Bearing in mind I'm a grappler not a body builder heh :)

thanks for any suggestions guys!

^^ Yep, good product for buffering lactid acid. Sodium carbonate has also shown to help and L-Carnitine can be used to battle muscle fatigue. Citrulline Malate has also shown to reduce lactic acid and ammonia levels.
