What did I do?!

Hey guys. I'm 16 and I've been working out since last winter. I didn't really notice this problem before, but lately, as I've been using more and more machines at the 'Y' for presses, I realized my pecks are slightly different from one another.

Here's proof:

Is that just how my body is?
Or did I do something wrong/unevenly?

Will they even out in time?

PLEASE help guys

thanks!

most ppl have some form of asymmetry- this is particularly common with pecs

yes it will even out with time although prob not 100%. have a look at theweeninjaguy his photo shows some pec imbalance and hes big. really nice guy but doesn;t post much anymore??

using dumbells for exercfises will help- that way each muscle is doing the same amount of work- if you use a machine then 1 side can take over a bit more

search "asymmetry" for more info, its a common post m8- dont worry about it, good progress for a 16 yr old too

as above, most people have a difference, unless you told me to look for it, i would have not noticed it.

keep trianing as your chest gets bigger a small difference becomes less noticeable.

Yeah, woulden't worry about it m8, IMO i don't think there is no one who has the same size muscles, weather its pecs, bi's, quads ect. Like stephen77 it will become less noticble over time.

Indeed i am no symetrical my left arm is dog **** and my right is twice the size.

But eat more and stop using machines!

When you rep focus on the weak side ... chances are you are subconciously cheating
