What do you feel is your strongest / most dominant muscle or muscle group

I don't mean strongest as in can lift the most but more strongest in terms of 'stand out'.

For me it is probably my traps. They have always looked pretty good and in relation to the rest of my upper torso they do stand out. I rarely train them directly, maybe 2 routines a year.

My tri's.  When benching its always my tri's that take the brunt of the work and frankly they dwarf my bi's.

Tri's or lats I'd say. Not that either of these are particularly big mind you

Shoulders, everything about them, apart from my rear left delt, which strangely makes it doubly annoying

My triceps are "proportionally" my largest muscles and my pecs are worst closely followed by my anterior deltoid.

Recently I've been trying to improve these 2 muscles by correcting poor technique.  For example bench pressing with shoulders back, back archered and using a closer grip when barbell shoulder pressing.

Seen some improvements but I've a long way to go before I look balanced!

Shoulders are best for me in terms of strength relative to people of similar build. Late probably the worst.

Edit just read the op again, in terms of standing out probably cock
