What do you guys think of the ab coaster? Do they apply pressure on the lower back & hips?
Do any of you get results from the ab coaster?
I have a bit of a spine condition called scoliosis. Basically my right hip/pelvis area
and the right hand side of my lower back give a little bit of trouble from time to time.
Will using the ab coaster apply pressure to my hip or lower back at all or is this a great & safe
exercise to do for abs?
