I'd reccomend sticking to a proper raw diet, eat loads of meat, carbs and good fats. Continue training hard. You've already been invited, sounds like you're worrying abit.... With regards to supplements try EFA's for convenience, CLA, a high % protein shake for PWO, and a slow release protein for pre bed... You sound like you've got a fast metabolism if you're already noticed a weight loss in a short period so just keep training hard and make sure your diet's 100%
