You want to add 10kg of muscle and lose 6kg of fat in 14 weeks...

Sorry but this is never going to happen. Even assisted this would never happen.

Cliched response (for good reason though) coming up: sort your diet out first. Supplements will make a tiny difference if any, but will make no difference unless your diet is sorted towards your goals (which as I stated earlier are completely unrealistic, as well as contrasting).

"Be adequate"

I think it possible because already i have gone from weighing 105kg to 93kg in 10 weeks as well as increased my strength went from 105kg bench press and 130kg squat. So i believe its possible i train six days a week. not just weight session but sprint training agility work and pliometrics to help transfer the weights training in the gym to power on the track and the american football field what i need is some advice about which supplement to take to help me gain more bulk as well as strength and help me keep losing fat at the rate im losing it because its slowed right down.

People, you're forgetting he's black...

I'd reccomend sticking to a proper raw diet, eat loads of meat, carbs and good fats. Continue training hard. You've already been invited, sounds like you're worrying abit.... With regards to supplements try EFA's for convenience, CLA, a high % protein shake for PWO, and a slow release protein for pre bed... You sound like you've got a fast metabolism if you're already noticed a weight loss in a short period so just keep training hard and make sure your diet's 100%

Current PB's
100kg Clean & Jerk
110kg Bench
190kg Deadlift
140kg Back Squat
120kg Front Squat

Also, they'll put you on a strength programme... what's your bf%?
Also, I've just thought about BCAA's/EAA's if you're doing alot of cardio... These will help in preventing muscle breakdown

Current PB's
100kg Clean & Jerk
110kg Bench
190kg Deadlift
140kg Back Squat
120kg Front Squat

Well im a bit worried because at the camp they could either be impressed and offer me a contract or cut me and its back to the UK and my day job. I am doing a lot of cardio my body fat percentage is 14% so i really need to get that right down at the moment im having trouble trying to fit all the training in with a full time job im doing two to three different work outs a day with sunday off alternating in the gym from upper body to lower body mixed in with Olympic lifts.
Thanks for the advice what do you use to aid muscle recovery after a hard session.
