I see what you are trying to do here mate but it hasnt worked.
You would do best putting shoulders with chest and triceps to create a push day.
A good rule of thumb is to not use more than 3 exercises per workout if you are using 5x5. You could just have your primary exercise as 5x5 then use 2-3x8 for the rest.
The chest & tri day has too much volume in my opinion.
I would add shoulders to it and do something like this:
Shoulder Press 5x5
Incline DB Press 2-3x8(optional)
Close Grip or Dips 2-3x8 if Inclines are used, 5x5 if not.
Back workout should be something like this:
Seated Row 5x5
DB Curls 4x6
Shrugs arent necessary with this kind of routine in my opinion
Your leg day is too quad dominant in my opinion. You have no hamstrings work really.
If you want to try to emphasize your quads a bit do front squats.
Drop the leg press and replace with either good mornings or stiff leg deadlifts.
Last but not least. Your chest workout should be the middle workout of your cycle, so that your deadlifts and squats have as much time as possible between them.
