What do you think of my diet?

Pretty much my diet listed below (no meat since I'm vegetarian):

Breakfast – 8:30AM

1 squeezed lemon in 8oz of filtered water

Shake:
36 grams of whey protein (Henry’s Ultra Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla)
8oz of almond milk and 4oz of water
1 tablespoon of Barlean’s Omega Man Organic Oil
½ cup of organic frozen fruit - switch fruit everyday (mango, peaches, red raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries)
½ tablespoon of Vitamineral Green

½ multi vitamin

Mid afternoon snack – 11:30AM

Medium Sized Fresh Organic Salad:
Mixed Greens
Spinach
Beets
Carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Broccoli
Kale (usually a few types)
Sesame seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Flax seeds
Spray of Bragg Liquid Aminos
Agave Dressing

Lunch – 1:30 PM

½ Grapefruit or Blood Orange
2 tablespoons of fresh ground organic Almond butter
2 slices of “Ezekiel” Cinnamon Raisin bread

Post-Workout Shake - 8 PM (4 days/week on workout or yoga days)

36 grams of whey protein (Henry’s Ultra Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla)

Dinner – 9:30 PM

½ multi vitamin
B12 vitamin
3 days a week teaspoon of fish oil in juice (carrot, pomegranate, etc.)

ALL ORGANIC:
Quinoa, Red and French Green Lentils
Tempeh, Chic Peas, or other types of beans
Steamed corn, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, broccoli (sometimes other veggies thrown in as well)
Peanut Sauce I made (has fresh ground organic peanut butter, grade a maple syrup, coconut juice, soy sauce, some hot peppers)

-or-

2 veggie burgers on Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread

Before Bed 12AM - 1AM

1 cup or more of (Nancy's) oragnic cottage cheese
most of the time with ½ cup of fresh ground organic peanut butter
sometimes mixed with whey powder and cherries

A couple days a week I have class so I eat a Met-RX bar at 7:15PM to tie me over (although there's probably better alternatives than this since it has lots of sugar). Feel free to leave comments or suggestions.

By the way the reason I use the Ezekiel bread is because it has a complete protein.

Well, just for a start, why is there a 6.5hour gap between lunch and your next meal?!?!!?!! Need to eat every 2-3 hours.

Also briefly, whey in morning - do you take it in water first thing then wait 30mins or so before eating breakfast?

Apart from the big gap as mentioned above I like it, vegetarian but what about eggs? Have you tried the Quorn 'meats'? Some of those are very nice and decent amounts of protein

lots of veggies is great, but not much protein at lunch? also with the peanut butter, almond milk, omegaman oil, and fish oil, you might be getting a bit too much fat per day, especially for the night. (try whey with milk at night, but then again cottage cheese would do the trick as well)

Well on days I have class I will have another meal around 4:30PM which keeps the eating to every few hours. On days I workout I usually don't eat before going to the gym. I know some people don't think it's good to eat before working out and some do. Maybe I could fit something in a couple hours before my workout. Any particular fruits or other healthy natural foods that would be good for the pre-workout? I looked at the drinks in the supplement shops but not really interested in anything with a warning label down the side of the bottle (lol)...
