    Good advice from TIO.

To answer your first question, yes you could take a fat burner with creatine and whey but MMA fight conditioning should be pretty cardio intensive and keep you body fat in check. You might wanna focus on your diet before investing in fat-burners.

so why the fat burner. Cardio burns fat like nothing else and by the sounds of things you are doing a lot already, so the fat burner is useless and if anything probably a hinderance

My protien are good use them regularly.

You can use a fat burner with whey and creatine, but why? arnt you trying to gain weight?

save the fat burner for after bulking

there not bad. i had a little trouble with them the other week which is a rare event for them considering how many sales they must had and how popular they are. in the end they sorted it for me, showing that they are bothered about customer opinion - a good sign.

fast postage/competitve prices/and and excellent website to navigate makes for a all round thumbs up from this end about using MP. however, do shop around. they fight in a competitve market and theres many a company that advertise on here that want to give them a run for their money with goods at least as good if not better than MP. so, yes use MP, but dont forget the rest of them or you might miss out mate.

Ditto that - had one or two problems but the majority of orders placed have been hassle-free.

I've stopped ordering from them, the price of whey has gone up and they are not as competitive as what they used to be in comparison to named brands.

what i pay for 4.5kg (10lbs) of WPC80 i can pay £10 extra and get a quality whey shake from CNP in the form of 4.5kg pro mass

    Hi,

The cost of whey has sharply risen worldwide I'm afraid, we have infact reduced our whey prices and our RRP prices are now as cheap as any other bulk company in Europe...!

The majority of Pro Mass is maltodextrin which is a much cheaper ingredient. You aren't comparing like for like...
