These sprays might be good for cutting. They do get solded using the old contains 0% carb/fats/calories line but that just mean you can source these from better choices. Although I kind of curious how good for you they can be considering if they contain 0% carb/fats/calories how do they produce a taste?

Was thinking the maple spray on my pancakes would be good. Always seem a bit counter productive to have pancakes made with oat, whole grain flour, linseed and then covering them in maple surp!

Wont what marshmallow on cottage cheese would taste like?

    Mm, interesting.

This could add some variety to home made protein shakes.

I can't find anywhere how many sprays you get in a bottle. Has anyone else found this? It'd be nice to know how much it costs per spray.

    222 servings and 2 sprays per serving so a total cost @ 2 sprays = £0.02p

Im VERY MUCH with you on that one MalikaZ! - i dont like the idea of 'artificial' food flavour sprays. I love herbs and spices. I dont think there's any substitute.

I have no doubt they don't taste like anything they say they do but its worth a shot! (or spray)

This remind me of a food taste I had when I was in a catering school...

Front of me were 3 different ice-cream flavors:

The pink one was strawberry, green one pistachio, & brown one chocolate... going by the colors...

When I taste the pink one it tasted like strawberry, then the green one like pistachio...etc.

Well, all of them were vanilla, but with different food color added to them...

Visualisation is very important when tasting food: make sure you close your eyes when eating cottage cheese spray with "Birthday cake spray"!

Interesting.. I believe that when you're small you go by the smell of the food and then as you get older you tend to go by your eyes..

As for the sprays.. sounds a bit strange.. I want to know what is in them. I wonder how 'real' they taste though..

Hmm, i'm with you on the savoury flavours, but i reckon the sweet ones are worth a pop. For tight arses like me who only buy unflavoured whey, it's great having a bit of variety in the flavour of your shake.

Just bought a Maple and a cookies and cream. I'll post back if they're any good / bad.

    Memphis BBQ:

Smells very synthectic, taste is pretty light to be honest i was a little reserved on application as i didn't want to balls me lunch up but there was a hint of BBQ in there, but it does smell very manufactured. Maybe tomoz i'll give it a bigger squirt!

I'll try the Smoky Bacon on eggs in the morning and report back

    Danny

While sitting here eating me chicken all i keep getting is a rather strange smell! Not very pleasant, and no its not my wind before you all say something
