That's a lot of fruit D-man. I'd cut down on the simple sugars.
At breakfast - 1 piece with 1st option.
At 10.30 have the sweet potato instead of the apple.
    Drop the pineapple at 1!

Do you have 6 yolks in breakfast?

Interested at Quark....do you just prefer it to cottage cheese?
Post workout, do you normally have WMS or dextrose - just curious as to why people choose WMS?

Getting Omega's which is good, you have a lovely wide selection of "whole" foods.

haha i was just about to throw a diet thread up mate but i couldn't be arsed, looks similar to mine but with more whole foods and less shakes.

Only just did a quick draft of mine, not really thought it through yet but mine follows this sort of plan.

Breakfast: Whey shake, 4 scrambled eggs, maybe Fruit
                   Or Whey/Flax/Fruit if i'm working

MEal 2: either a 6 egg omlette with cheese, toms and shrooms
Or a large chicken breast pitta with cucumber and hummous.

    Meal 3: lots of meat/ 50g pasta/Green beans

Meal 4: Boditronics Mass Attack, Scoop of extra whey and Fruit if not eaten at breakfast

Pre workout i'll drink 20g of bcaa, 10g glutamine, 20g of malto and 5g creatine in water, stick to water intra workout.

Train, then do 30 mins cardio, leave

    Post workout: Reflex Growth Matrix

Meal 6: a big fvck off Steak, sweet Potatoes, Toms, Cucumber, salad etc

Meal 7: Low carb protein blend and Avocado.

Anything i eat after that will be hunger dependant and it'l only be a protein blend shake, depends how i feel and how well the fat stays off..

Pretty similar on the whole, i'm just not as measured as yours!

This is also okay, you mentioned "or Whey/Flax/Fruit if working"
Make sure you get more omega's in than that, if you are not supplementing them.

I have to eat everything cold apart from mince is in food flask I heat up in morning

I struggle to eat so fruit is easy at the mo, appetite been bad so cold sweet potato is not great LOL

Pineapple is added for digestion properties sometimes add to red meat meal but also taking Ravenous now

If I eat 6 eggs yes all yolks no need to waste the goodness whether bulking or cutting IMO

I struggle most with breakfast TBH the eggs will be hardest

As for quark I mix 20g peptide fusion in it, cottage cheese made me sick and looks like baby sick LOL

WMS I find does not effect my guts unlike maltidextrin but WMS has run out and have an unopened tub of dextrose to use

    Danny - diet looks good!

I think the amount of fruit in there is great and, as you said, no point wasting all the goodness in the yolk!

How do you prepare the eggs in the morning?  Might be easier to get down if cooked differently?

Are you going to eat a little less cleanly when you get back from holiday or just cut the cardio?

Fair enough - tbh I always find scrambled a lot more difficult to eat for some reason!

That's alright, put the last 6 weeks down to a bit of a phase.  Hopefully you're appetite will come back soon enough and it'll be fine.  If you manage to eat what you've outlined above then it's not a bad effort at all!  Don't worry about it.

The cardio will probably help with appetite too tbh so just need to stick it out.

I've recently changed things up a lot and lost my appetite, even junk didn't interest me, and found fruit and clean smoothies to be the easiest to have... and still enjoyable!

Are you having fresh pineapple?  I'm almost always disappointed with the pineapple in the shops here, awful quality.  You just reminded me to get some bromelain - so thanks lol.

yeah it's a protease enzyme, i recently started taking Digestive Enzymes and i have noticed i'm a bit more peckish than usual...

I had a look at those Ravenous but at about 30quid a bottle it's more economical to just straight out buy 10ml of EQ... ha
