Far Too much for me, Have you considered Franky's 5x5 Routine? I think you should! It's good that you've got all the Big Lifts in there, Deadlifts, Squats and so on, but i would cut the volume to three, maybe four days Max! DO NOT Work deadlifts a Day after SQuats and SLDL's. Also as Raptor says Split up thee shoulder and chest days! If you look at it from this Point of view, Your Triceps are gonna be worked hard Wed (With your Chest), again on thurs (With Shoulder PResses) and then Very hard on Friday, so your either A) Gonna Over train em. or B) They'll be too worked to train on fri and so u'll be wasting ur time!
