What do you think to much or not enough?

Mon Legs

Squats 3x8
Leg extensions 3x8
SLDL's 3x8

Tues Back

Deadlifts 3x8
Pulldowns 3x8
Dumbbell rows 3x8

Wed Chest

Flat Press 3x8
Dips 3xfailure
Fly incline 3x8

Thurs Shoulders

Dumbbell press 3x8
front raise rows 3x8
lateral raises 3x8

Fri Tri and Bi

Barbell curls 3x8
Incline curls 3x8
Close grip press 3x8
straight bar pulldown 3x8

    Leg and back days should be more apart, same for chest and shoulders, dont think triceps will have enough recovery time. The below routine works well for me...

    Monday
    Deadlift - 3 x 1-5reps
    Bent over row - 3 x 5-8reps
    Wide pullup - 3 x 5-8reps
    Barbell Curl - 3 x 5-8reps

    Tuesday
    Bench Press - 3 x 1-5reps
    Dips - 3 x 5-8reps
    Flyes - 3 x 5-8reps
    Skullcrushers - 3 x 5-8reps

    Wednesday
    Squat - 5 x 5-15reps
    Calve raise - 5 x 10-15reps

    Thursday
    Shoulder Press - 3 x 6-10reps
    lateral raise - 2 x 10-15reps
    bent over lateral raise - 3 x 10-15reps

    Friday,Saturday+Sunday - Off

    Far Too much for me, Have you considered Franky's 5x5 Routine? I think you should! It's good that you've got all the Big Lifts in there, Deadlifts, Squats and so on, but i would cut the volume to three, maybe four days Max! DO NOT Work deadlifts a Day after SQuats and SLDL's. Also as Raptor says Split up thee shoulder and chest days! If you look at it from this Point of view, Your Triceps are gonna be worked hard Wed (With your Chest), again on thurs (With Shoulder PResses) and then Very hard on Friday, so your either A) Gonna Over train em. or B) They'll be too worked to train on fri and so u'll be wasting ur time! Hope that helps my friend!
