What do you train biceps with?

My biceps get hammered off back and cant put 100% into them (no where near acually) and was thinking of switching over. Was doing chest n try's & back n bi's

Was thinking of doing: chest with bi's and triceps with back so I can give them a better workout

What you think?

The idea of doing them with your back is that most back exercises (deads, bo rows, db rows, pull downs etc etc) use the biceps, whilst most chest exercises (bench, dips etc) don't to the same extent.

By training with your back they'll get hit mega on your back/biscep day, so by the time you've done 3 sets of some kind of curls they'll be dead!

As you'll hardly train them on your chest/tris (push days) they'll get a full week to recover.

Same reason you train chest with tris

There is always a debate to what to put with what, and everyone finds their own routine, but that's the general idea

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg

Back atm, I gained very little when doing them with shoulders on a seperate day, and hoping with 1 full day of hitting them will be better

I do them with chest so I hit them twice a week... one direct day with chest, plus they get worked doing my back.

Always done them with back. I get some funny looks tho curling with light dumbells, even tho they dont feel light after youve been doing heavy rows.
Also every few weeks ill do bis first then back just to try to even things out a little.

I have always done them with back, I feel cable rows work the bis a bit anyways so I just go with it.

I actually find that bis get worked less with back than tris do with chest/shoulders, or is it just how it seems to feel?

Obviously. What i ment was i dont want my bis to lag behind.
I can get a good triceps workout after chest, but i dont seem to get as good a workout doing bis after back, thats why i like to swap them around.

Whenever I can be arsed. Sometimes thats after squatting, other times on bench day, most of the time its 'not at all' though. Curls bore the **** out of me.
