What have you eaten today?

I'm currently on a bit of a bulk and I'm experimenting with how much I can eat without putting on too much fat. So far today, I've eaten:

7:30 - Double helping of cereal (ran out of oats!)
8:00 - Pint of Semi-Skimmed + 20g Whey
9:00 - Pack of Chocolate Buttons (OOPS!)
9:30 - Wholemeal Bagel with Raisins + Black Coffee
10:30 - Banana
11:45 - 6" Meatball Marinara, wholemeal bread, no cheese
13:30 - 250g Cottage Cheese
14:30 - 1 pint of Skimmed Milk + 40g Whey

When I get home I'm planning on eating some chicken breast, loads of veg and brown rice and then another 200g tub of cottage cheese before bed.

I'm quite pleased with myself today as my diet has been pretty ****ty as of late.

What goodies have you guys been eating today?

    I need to stop being a mard-arse and face up to my fear of tuna. I've had it twice in the last few days in pasta and sweetcorn but I can't bring myself to eat a can raw.

    Wish I could eat it straight from the tin, but I can't.

    woke up late so...
    10:00 - 5 eggs (2whole), 70g alpen with semi skimmed milk, O3 cap, multi vit
    12:00 - 110g chicken sandwhich (wholemeal bread), O3 cap
    2.30 - chilli con carne, apple, banana, O3 cap (not sure of weights but a decent protion of lean mince with loads of veg)
    plenty of water throughout the day aswell

    1330 - 40g casein, 25g cashew nuts

    8,30 4 weetabix + 30g whey + yoghurt
    12,00 4 eggs + 3 slices bread + apple
    3,30 400g beef chili + 1 slice bread

    7:45 weetabix x 5 + 1.5 pints of semi milk

    12:00 jacket potato + prawns in sauce + cheese + salad + slaid dressing

    15:30 5 tablespoons of peanut butter + banana + one pint of semi milk

    Drink; 2x mugs of coffee, 1 x red bull diet, 2 x cups of water

    11 - 5 egg whites, 2 yolks, 50g oats

    1330 - 40g casein, 25g cashew nuts

    Next up will be pasta & chicken i think.

    12 - 70g Soya mince, 100ml milke.
    Cardio for 45mins.
    4pm - Pitta bread + salad + 150g Chicken + Decaf coffee.

    ~650kcals, 90g protein and plenty more meals to go.

    9am - bowl of fruit and nut museli, soya milk
    10am - calcium cassienate shake, 5ml cod liver oil
    12pm - apple, half a chicken sandwich on granary bread
    2pm - apple, half a chicken sandwich on granary bread
    4pm - half a chicken sandwich on granary bread
    5pm - small handfull of nuts

    add to that 1 cup of coffee (thats really good for me), 2 cups of green tea and 3-4 pints of water.

    rest of the day will be as follows
    6.30pm total 0% yog, sprinkle of nesquick
    7.30 plate of homemade pasta bake
    11pm casein shake, 5ml cod liver oil

    can't bring myself to eat a can raw

    I cant bring myself to look at the tin as I run past it in the supermarket.

    I wish I did like it, it's cheap and easy to prepare but face it, it's cat food in a flash tin.

    Today I've had

    1) cereal with seeds, skimmed milk, egg white omelette, orange juice, banana
    2) pwo shake
    3) chicken breast, sweet potato, onions, grilled tomatoes
    4) protein shake, raisins, oatcake
    5) protein shake, banana, oatcake
    6) Tuna wholemeal pitta, with lots of mixed lettuce, cucumber with some sweet chilli sauce

    1 more meal left tonight, think I'll be having some peanut butter and whey sugar free jelly.

    2. Oats/whey/flaxseed shake
    3. Tuna pasta with sweetcorn
    4. Pilchards salad, oats
    5. Steak, peppers, onions, green beans with brown rice.

    woke up late so
    lean mince meat with wholewheat pasta
    sandwich with cheese/turkey breast/tomato/ olive oil spread + 1 pint of milk
    gym
    sandwich with cheese/turkey breast/tomato/ olive oil spread + 1 pint of milk + a banana

    next meal will b lean mince with pasta i guess or oats with eggs

    Been really boring today -

    -Cereal, 1pt milk, 30g whey, fish oil caps
    - home made burgers, 2 w/m rolls, salad, fish oil caps (pre WO but i had no oats or rice)
    - PWO shake
    - same as meal 2
    - 30g whey, pt milk, gronola bar, fish oil caps
    - quark/choc mint options shake, tbsp olive oil, fish oil caps

    Same as every day!! apart from 2 days rest from gym but food the same.

    gym 7-8am sscv bowl of porridge made with skimmed milk & 3 egg whites 1 yolk scrambled

    11am banana and 2 scoops whey

    1pm small jacket potato, tin of tuna with small amount of low fat mayo (cant eat outta tin) mixed veg.

    4pm 2 scoops whey

    gym(weights and 20mins hiit) 6-7.15 then chicken breast and mixed veg


    10pm 2 scoops whey

    Don't bloody believe it, accidentely left the freezer door open and all my chicken/meat has defrosted. Hmm, looks like I'm going to be eating A LOT of meat over the next 24 hours!!!
