What is the best MP3? Ipod?

Ive got an Ipod but its starting to annoy me sometimes i upload a CD to it and it wont have the Name of the CD or name of the songs and it just goes in to a massive unnamed album, also i don't like Imusic as its totally detached from any other type of MP3 and it will not let me upload copied CD's on to it.

I dont know much about gadgets but hear people saying there are better MP3's than Ipods, is there any truth in that?

I want an MP3 that works with me and that i can put any file of MP3 on copied or not, dont mind spending.

p.s James, sorry for bringing up a certain pirate music company the other day

I have my trusty Nokia N96, miles better than an ipod.

    Squat: 363kg

    Bench: 195kg

    Deadlift: 300kg

    @ (currently 114kg)

    ...soon to be obliterated!
