What is the ultimate fat burning regime?

Just curious as to what works for you guys...

what diet, training regime and supplements do you guys use to get the best fat burning results....

HIT Cardio?/ low complex carb and low saturated fat diet? / do you weight train on different days or just go full out on cardio and if so for how long...
How long should you be looking to burn fat for...how do you overcome plateus? How do you keep your motivation up if results appear slow, through bulking and cutting cycles.

6 meals a day. On every "plate", 1/3 carbs (rice, pasta, potato etc), 1/3 protein (lean meat), 1/3 veggies. Eat balanced and clean.

I did 2 days weights, 3 days cardio. Weights: upper body (ie: bench, dips, chins) and lower body (ie: squats, SLDL, calf raises, leg press). Hard to include deadlifts on only 2 days a week. Cardio: BOXING!, HIIT on stationary bike, plyometrics, skipping, outdoor sprints. Mate, try to get fit - fat loss is just a fringe benefit.

Supplements? Whey protein... You don't need supplements, and, they don't work for fat loss. Try whey and MAYBE creatine so you can retain some muscle - only supps with good scientific backing.

    How long? depends on you.
