What is your best/favorite protein source?

I would have gone with chicken, but with all the cooking and eating it down, it can get hard sometimes. So I have gone with 'Milk' considering its ready to drink and easy to gulp down. Also a fantastic source when it comes to blending different things with it.

Supps, I mean my diet is an overall source, but for two mouthfuls to get it in you can't beat it.

Can enjoy them all as much as each other.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

Chicken. Milk has more fat content. I've never seen a fat chicken but plenty of fat cows :D

Chicken. Very versatile, doesn't have to be bland.

Beef a close second. Protein supplements into third - variety of these include desserts, snacks, shakes and the flavours help those sweet cravings. Sometimes.

I'd opt for a plate of Steak, peri chicken, smoked bacon and poached eggs, topped with cheese and washed down with a protein blend. I'd say that would cover my bases.

I'm a meat eater and I make no excuses for it, vegans can suck it lol. Money not an issue I'd have quality beef almost every meal. Turkey, chicken, fish and eggs thrown in now and then for variety.

I'm a fan of eggs, very versatile and I can find I can fit them easily into my goals at any current time. Chicken would be second for me.
