What not to be eating

Hello first time in here i think.

Ive just had my body fat estimation to be 22 %, Although this is not exactly accurate its something for me to work from. Im 6ft 2 and weigh 82kg and Id like to get down to 15 % as my first goal. Im not sure if this is do able in 12 weeks but Id like to think so. Id just like to know what things I need to avoid eating/ drinking so I can acheive this and would really appreciate any help here.good this to eat will be appreciated to.

I wont be to dissopointed if I dont make 15 % in 12 weeks as long as I make a decent attempt to try and acheive this

Im not sure if this is going to effect my results but I need to Eat a fair amount of carbs as im in training for the new football season so need to make sure Im bursting with energy

any help ?

    Hi there.

Have a read of this article...

    http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-ripping-up-guide-to-cutting.aspx

You will then simply need to fuel your extra activities, i.e. football.

As long as it takes generally.

If you are consistent with your diet and your cardio then you will get there quicker in my opinion.

If you dont like those foods then dont eat them.

Chicken, turkey, tuna, steak, etc... all alternatives.

    Dont let numbers dictate you.

Get down until you are happy with your progress.

Hello, Well because Im going to be playing football this season im not really going to benefit from gaining masses and masses of muscle. Although building a little to aid in explosivness and power is not going to be a bad thing and what with the plyometrics im doing will be acheivable.

Im not sure why im even that bothered that I carry a few extra pounds but guess I wouldnt mind looking a little ripped and its no doubt going to allow me to be quicker and more agile if i dont have to carry the excess that is pureply fat so not needed.

Maybee in a few years ill indeed start to get into bb as it does look alright being massive and haveing all the muscles on show, just not now.

I assumed that by eating all this protein it helps the muscles grow, I know I need to eat some but is all that really necassry, or am I just being a twat by not listening to the advise even though its probably bb specific.

toxic are you a health and fitness enthusiast or just a bb one

    for myself? or for others?

i supprt the goals of others whatever they be IF they are logical

i have trained all manner of people but myself i like to bodybuild and look to do it as my future goals
i used to be an endurance athlete, used to be a recreational trainer and now want to go BBing long term

any goal in the fitness industry is a good one as long as its realistics and adhered to

    i hate talkers
    i like do'ers

those who nail a goal and get down to it instead of pie in the sky sj1te and not putting the work in (im not aiming that at you BTW)

You make it sound easy. I "bodybuild" by following a weights programme and a diet aimed at building quality lean body mass, and I'm about 13 and a half stone now after cutting for a few weeks, around 10% BF, maybe slightly less; yet I am faster than any of my piers at football, I can climb a 32ft rope with my arms alone, can run a mile and a half in 8 minutes, run 6 miles in just over 40 minutes, and box 12 x 2 minute rounds on 4 hours sleep. Please tell me, what does that make me??

amazing obviously, I wouldnt call 13st hench though.

street speak has never been my strong point and i even worked in the music biz where it was everywhere i was constantly asking them to say it again and what does it mean. I find it amazing that a lot of people today do not know how to spell or speak, but hey ho im only 25 and was raised in the USA

    lol it mean bigs mate.

    eg

    cor hes f*%$£^g hench.

So why the change to BB, just where you heart was Im guessing. I think you should put some endurance workouts up if you can be bothered and can remeber/think of any, I for one will appreciate them, and hopefully apply them to my schedule to help me bennefit out on the field.

p.s do body builders train much in plometrics
