What shakes and meals should i have to gain mass

What are good shakes and foods to eat to gain a lot of body mass? Bear in mind i am 16 years old so probably will not be able to eat as much as most. Also how can i train my self to be able to each much more? What foods and shakes should i take, how many times a day and how long will it take to see a visable improvment?

    bro im 17 an i can tell u if u start trainin hardcore ur appettite will increase. u could however increae ur portions a bit every day. forget shakes and that rubbish waste of money right now, stock up on sutff like bananas(eat alot of these) unsalted nuts, tuna, wholemeal and wheat pasta, bread,etc, cottage cheese, skim milk ,skim milk powder-(easiest way to gain weight is to put like 3-4 teaspoons of skim milk powder in skim milk),lots pf chicken breasts, veg and fruit. i'll post mo when i can remember more

    thanks a lot mate bananas :S i never knew ! ye ill stock up on bananas, dont like tuna :( luv cottage cheese ! n chiken. Ill take you advice

    prawns, tofu(no fat versions), tempeh, soya mince,legumes, beans, cheese(low fat)and thats all of the basics i guess. as for improvements in mass, i guess yes u'll see a small improvement in mass, but personally i feel that u shouldn't think of it as an immediate thing cos its not. think bout the gains u make in the perspective of the gains u'll make in like 4 months or so. above all eat LARGE, as teens we have high metabolisms so we need to eat alot, if ur stomach can handle it, try an drink bout 1-2 litres of milk with skim milk powder a day, and alot of banana's, couple that with a good training regime which allows ur body to have plenty of rest, u'll make amazing gains.
