What should be eaten to gain mass quickly? Help !

[?]What is more important for gaining mass? protein?! Or carbs? or both?
Could someone please provide me with a few examples of meals which contain extreme amounts *STUFF* to gain mass. (Dunno the word i am looking for)
I really want to gain a lot of mass like everyone as quickley as possible. My plan is to gain as much masss as possible with hardly any training over the xmas period, go out drink a lot of beer eat a bit more junk then usual, hopefully gain as much as possible then start training pritty hard in the new year. I really havent got a clue about a good diet :( Like now (knowing not much about dieting) I would have if i was starting somthing like, a chip butty in the morning be it 10:30ish time then proably a fish butty about dinner time then somthing like jacket potatoes cheese and beans, spaghetti bolognaise orsteak on a night. That would be my diet now to gain mass but in all honestly i doubt it will work (o and eat junk inbetween) I am thinking chip butty for carbs, fish butty for protein and night time meal protein and carbs.
Can someone point me in the right direction as i no i am wrong.

Thanks[?]

Usually first thing in the morning i make a shake with a protein mix (soya, milk&egg, whey) with skimmed milk and add 40-50g of oats into a blender. Add a couple of ice cubes and blend on high for 45 seconds.

If you blend long enough the oats turn completely powdered. Tastes pretty nice too. Use a straw as the oats may settle but it is a helathy time saver.

Oats, potato, chicken, eggs, ham, cheese.

Please do abit more reading before flooding the forums, if you do reading on nutrition you'll see what you'll need to eat and you can devise your own program.

www.trainhard.co.uk I think there are diet samples on there.

If your going to add carbs then make em clean unless your protein intake is below 250g then eat more protein. There will be a roundabout cut off point for you with protein where it isnt needed for muscle building /repair and is turned into glucose for energy.

if you just wanna get fatter... (which is what you will probably get with hardley any training.)
    ...pies.

If you want get more lean mass then you need to train and I would say high acrbs and high protein.
