What should i take as a beginner?

Im 19 and i have hypgonadism (you can read my full Story on my previous post)

Im absolutely NOT able to build any mass or strength

I only want to look aesthetic like Jon Skywalker, not bulky

But i guess with my hormonal profile and genetics, this wont be possibly naturally even through 10 years of training

I want to look aesthetic in my Young years and not if im 25-30

So what should i take as a beginner? Testo E, Turinabol, Anavar?

I dont want side effects like elevated pulse or something like that since i suffer from cardiophobia

I was at 4 different urologists, but no one wants to help me, they all prescribe testogel, thats it

I can only help myself at this moment

25-30 are your young years in fact 30 is the number of years i've been training...Take the Testogel as prescribed by a medical professional, nail your diet and train consistently and progressively over the next 5 years, once you have that under your belt you'll be 24 have 5 years training knowledge and be a lot wiser this's the right time to look to the dark side not aged 19 👍

Agree with silent rep, listen to your medical professional.  The gel may be all you need to get to a normal range.

Just read yoyr previous post and that is some rough going man you havnt had it easy! With that said aas should be the last thing on your mind at this moment in time. Not that I would argue that you arnt ready but underlying medial issues could become a major factor.

I would consult your Dr on possible different approaches, testogel being on of them as mentioned above and see how you get on from there.

I don't have any medical conditions I literally could NOT grow and gain ubtil I was around 25. Been training well for 9 years now and only this year I have started using tbol. My advice would be the same as the others( I know that's not what you want to hear) train hard and really work on what may help diet wise - I have a background in nutrition if you need any help.drop me a message and see if it is possible to develop naturally first

Best of luck either way mate seems like you need a change of fortune.

Nothing wrong with Testogel mate. I was on it for a year and it put my T level up to 25 nmol which is excellent for my age. Good for any age I suppose. Daily application also ensures your levels are always stable.

No, Testogel isnt effective even in the slightest way

It converts way too much into Estrogen and DHT because it first goes through the Skin and fat tissue, so as a result it only gives you androgenic (side)effects like hair loss/growth and oily Skin and acne

It has a low concentration in General which makes it automatically almost non-anabolic but highly androgenic

Testogel is more old Folks who want to get a boner again, or for Young transgender people

But it is not even closely as effective than testo E

Ive took it 1 year in high doses, my testo Levels only increased to 50ng/dl which is still WAY to less for my age

My red blood cell amount didnt changed, ive also did not made any strength or muscle gains

But i can get every other Steroid which exists, but of Course i dont want to **** up my Health or be stupid

So i guess the only Thing which i should consider it's test E?

Please dont accuse me that i dont Train or eat properly

There where 4 Coaches in my gym, and everyone of them tried a different Routine on me

But it was absolutely impossible for me to gain anything, ive gained Maybe 1-2kg musclemass in 2 years of heavy Lifting along with a high Protein and fat/hard grains/BCAA-Diet

I still cant bench more than 40kg, and after that i feel like my wrists are going to break

I was never accusing you of not training or eating properly I'm not sure where you have picked that from?

My main point was reading your previous post on your condition I'm not sure why you think steroids are the answer. You state you have dodgy blood pressure already, any aas isn't going to do this any good. For someone with medical conditions especially with the heart it's not worth risking.

YOU NEED TO EAT EAT EAT!!!! START EATING 5000 CALORIES+ yes its quite a bit maybe even too much caloires for you you could perhabs start lower but it can't hurt better too have too much then not enough even if you gain a little bit of fat but by the sounds of you your issue isn't drugs the issue is lack of calories 40KG bench after training for years ? even if you were half assed lazy and wasn't even trying in regards too training which im not saying you are just using it as an example your bench still would have went up more then that after years of training and you have only gained 2KG in 2 years YOUR PROBLEM IS FOOD yes your diet might be clean and ''high'' in protein but are you eating enough im not saying its the best approach but in your case eating dirty(pizza ice cream lasagna spagehtti chicken curry kababs etc etc) will help for sure im not recommending to eat ''big'' because big to you is properly a packet of crisps and a sandwich no you need to eat 4000-5000+ plus calories start tracking your calories look on the boxies of food items aim for around 4000-5000+ try it honestly you complain now but if you try it i GUARANTEE 100 percent you will gain a lot of muscle size and strength maybe even fat but it properly won't hurt by the sounds of you no offence just trying to give you some good advice hope you reach your goals for the future :) your too obsessed about the details when your forgetting the basics

After looking at your previous post my recommendation like i said before start eating more maybe not 5000+ like i ((although you would gain a lot of muscle and strength quite fast like that)) but just start focusing more on eating more i read that you were overweight before if you exercise and watch what your doing you won't get fat but you NEED TO EAT more calories simple as that
