Just read yoyr previous post and that is some rough going man you havnt had it easy! With that said aas should be the last thing on your mind at this moment in time. Not that I would argue that you arnt ready but underlying medial issues could become a major factor.
I would consult your Dr on possible different approaches, testogel being on of them as mentioned above and see how you get on from there.
I don't have any medical conditions I literally could NOT grow and gain ubtil I was around 25. Been training well for 9 years now and only this year I have started using tbol. My advice would be the same as the others( I know that's not what you want to hear) train hard and really work on what may help diet wise - I have a background in nutrition if you need any help.drop me a message and see if it is possible to develop naturally first

No, Testogel isnt effective even in the slightest way
It converts way too much into Estrogen and DHT because it first goes through the Skin and fat tissue, so as a result it only gives you androgenic (side)effects like hair loss/growth and oily Skin and acne
It has a low concentration in General which makes it automatically almost non-anabolic but highly androgenic
Testogel is more old Folks who want to get a boner again, or for Young transgender people
But it is not even closely as effective than testo E
Ive took it 1 year in high doses, my testo Levels only increased to 50ng/dl which is still WAY to less for my age
My red blood cell amount didnt changed, ive also did not made any strength or muscle gains
But i can get every other Steroid which exists, but of Course i dont want to **** up my Health or be stupid
So i guess the only Thing which i should consider it's test E?

There where 4 Coaches in my gym, and everyone of them tried a different Routine on me
But it was absolutely impossible for me to gain anything, ive gained Maybe 1-2kg musclemass in 2 years of heavy Lifting along with a high Protein and fat/hard grains/BCAA-Diet
I still cant bench more than 40kg, and after that i feel like my wrists are going to break
