What size pins for glutes and quads please?

Hi

What size pins should i use to eliminate pain and get best out of injection?
i currently have green 1" pins, i just read another thread and bloke says the deeper you go the less PIP? is this true?
or to reduse PIP should i inject 2 wise a week at 250mg each jab as my current cycle is 500mg in 1 shot but i seem to get quite bad PIP ON TEST E (pharmra)

im 2 weeks into cycle and legs are hurting,no lumps,no redness just pain when i walk i understand this is quite normal?

any injection tips to help me id be most grateful

thanks for your time

long blues -- sometimes short blues for quads if you are low in fat in that area.

Check out spot injections.com and also youtube for vids. Its pretty straightforward.  Sometimes you nick a blood vessel or vein and it is uncomfortable but nothing serious.

I use Blue  23G x 1 1/4 inch   ( 0.6 x 30mm ) For both quad and Glutes, If its a new site give it about 3-4 weeks to open it up and then the pain shouldn't be so bad.
I must admit though that every so often i still feel a slight dead leg sensation, the day after and its been nearly 2 months on this course and countless others before, as long as you keep good protocol just carry on it should be fine.

By the way i do 2ml per shot so just carry on as you are.

I use blue 1 1/4 inch blues in every site, glutes, quads, chest and delts are the sites i use and sometimes biceps. Never had pip from pharma test though and even now using sust and tren ace dont get any pain, always been lucky in that sense i suppose.

i used blue in quads and felt like i had been done over with a baseball bat for a week! too scared of them now so stick to glutes which is a pain as i want to up the dose!
