RE: What to do?
Okay so I eat low carb, about 1400 calories roughly, try to eat only healthy fats, never fast food, no trans fats here is my daily regime: Oh I am 5'3" 125-128 lbs.
Breakfast: Cottage cheese with 1/2 cup Hi Low cereal and a dash of sliced almonds
or Egg with mozz. cheese and some sort of veg.
Snack: Usually not hungary till lunch but if I need a snack i will have an organic grainless cracker (made of seeds, nuts, herbs)
or bite of a protein bar (low carb)
Lunch: Soup and salad bar all low carb- salad with olives, hard boiled egg, baslamic dressing, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, cabbage, NO CROUTONS
Soup- just broth and veggies
sometimes i have chicken
Snack: Bite of a protein bar (low carb) THink Thin variety
Dinner: 4 OZ. Steak, chicken, fish, seafood, some sort of protein and a veg. (low carb veg.)
Dessert: One peice of low carb chocolate
or Whip cream with a chunk of unsweetened chocoate
or Bite of a protein bar
I do olympic weight lifting so i do a fare amount of squats maybe i need to just do more Cardio? To tone that part up, i do do a lot of incline walking when on the tread, do you know a good cardio leg workout that is not boring on a machine?
I have been eating like this for a while so it snot like i just started and ughghghg!! maybe i am not eating wnough, but i always maintain my weight? Not sure how too make some sort of change... i mean my body is not bad i just would think with my strict regime it would be better?!?
