What to do next?!
I've been cutting for about a month now and started taking Hydroxicut to aid in metabolism boosting. Two years ago when I started going to the gym I used to be a waist 36', at 13stone/83kg at about 5ft 6'.
I'm now a waist 30 or so, at 11st 5/ 73kg at about 5ft 7'.
I've started to cut to loose the remaining mid section, that I believe is covering my lower abs. My hope is that when I start bulking cleanly in another months time, there will be less fat surrounding my lower abs to help bring them out. I've been keeping to a lowish carb diet for 2 months now, I'm loosing a little weight, but I can not tell in the mirror, or the scales? See I have this loose skin that is still trying to catch up, my bodybuilding mate reckons I was at 12% bodyfat, but that was about 3 months back. I think I must be at least 11% or maybe even comming up to 10%.
Training like this at the moment with 5 meals average of high protein and lowish carbs.
Mon - Cardio = 400 calories / 30 mins , chest and biceps
Tues - Cardio = 400 calories / 30 mins , legs
Thurs - Cardio = 400 calories / 30 mins, back
Fri - Cardio = 400 calories / 30 mins, shoulders and traps
I still train heavy, and I do not believe I have lost a lot of muscle mass, of course I can not be sure al the time because I feel so flat! lol.
