Not asking alot mate are you.
Try put what you normally eat into a calorie calculator like www.fitday.com and then adjust the amounts to get what you require

where's your  protein after your afternoon snack

    where are the vegetables

lunch looks too big in comparison to other meals if you're trying to spread out your calories, that's not that big a deal though

porridge and weetabix before bed is not the best

My protein after a workout is usually a protein shake, and either a little pasta or chicken
and yes i have veg with most of my meals.
and weetabix sometimes and cottage cheese depends how hungry i am.

How tall are you - what do you weigh?
How did you work those numbers out
and next food choices to the right numbers ... for a start not accounting for fat is a massive massive problem - at 9calories per gram its over double that of carbs or protein - and should be present in some form for proper functioning.
I would start again - and please show your workings out :)

Flaxseed/linseed is relatively cheap.  Just need to blend it up a bit beforehand and can eat it off a spoon or mix it into something like shake/cereal/yoghurt/salad/juice, etc.

Is it still ok to take an all in one tablet omega 3,6,9 or is it better to drink it as a liquid.

Don't waste money on 3,6,9 supps unless your fat intake is virtually zero. 6 & 9 are as common as ditchwater. 3 is as rare as rocking-horse sh!t.
