istead of the pull downs i would personally do curls or assisted chins on a machine. push day i would do cable cross overs of flies instead of d/b press and bench press. legs day squats and stiffs dont go together, i'd rather do front squats and stiffs.

Even if your horrible at chins so what? DO em anyway... Maybe you'll just get 1x4, 1x3, 1x3 but thats better then getting 3x5 on stupid pulldowns. Do em close grip, because that will be easier for you. Also not hammer curls... Barbell curls. And if you have BB rows in your old routine doesn't mean switch to DB rows. You COULD if you want... I like doing lying incline BB rows and bent over BB rows. Try one of those maybe. Also, Frankies routine is great for gaining strength, and if you wnat to gain strength AND size then go for that one. Not saying yours won't work but I think you may be over training some of your muscles... Like triceps for example and maybe biceps.

Ice mach cheers mate but i hate cables and im looking to stick with compounds.I do front squats in current rout and had good results but been doing it 4 10 weeks so fancyed a change CHEERS

Genon cheers but im really bad and id be lucky to get that many out ad it get really disheartening thinking of doing 3x3 though but think it will be better psychologicaly for me to be increasing on an ex rather than plateauing,Hammer curls are more for my wrists and forearms as there weak when pressing. And ive added bit extra bi and tri work as ive dropped a few sets on the other exs CHEERS 4 your input lads!ANY MORE TATE PRESS????????????

Buddy, you could be able to pulldown 400lbs but it doesn't necessarily mean your gonna be able to do 1 chin-up. It's a myth saying that pull downs help you with pull ups. Do the chins/pull-ups at 3x3 if you can, that's great! And then slowly start gettin better and eventually adding weight. That's how I started... And 6 months later I could rep out 8 reps with a 50lbs plate strapped on to me. And I still say BB curls are better, hammer curls are less effective. You don't need more work for your forearms anyways, why would you after a good back day like that? Also stick with 3x5 for your SLDL and squats, that should be fine. Remember if those 6 sets you do are intense that's all your gonna need... Personally I'd remove all that extra leg work, it's not needed. Do ab work on that day instead.
