Hi and welcome to MT.

It depends what you call 'lean' - you should be fairly lean with 20lbs off you

You don't look bad considering it's stretched out across 6'4" !!!  I'd be tempted to bulk at that BF, but it's all down to you mate.

James - another 20 down and he'll be shredded wheat !!!

20/30lbs of you imo at 6,4 thats a big ass frame to cut so will be hiding everywhere.

My avi not that is the best comparison is 190 at 6ft just had my six pack poking through so you will end up losing a fair bit.

Yep old habits die hard. Only because I used to cut weight and everything was in lbs. Which is weird as I would dream of saying I bench 220lbs I would say 100kg.

30lbs would see you in nice condition, if you want properly lean then more.

Depends how lean you want to go. 2 stone and you'll be leaner than 99% of the population. If you want to get on stage, you'll need more.

Ok I'm back. Turns out dropping weight is a complete mind**** when it's your first time so after dipping my feet in I took a dive and I'm currently 174lbs (12st 6lb) assuming the scales are accurate.

Thoughts?? Bf% estimates etc etc

My honest thoughts would be after 12 months you should look a lot better especially at 6,4.

You lost a fair bit of muscle to be honest. At 174lbs I would have expected near on competition ready.
Maybe you were holding a ton of water before, were you on gear at the time?
Unless you plan on competing then I would bulk to 190 and then re-assess where to go from there.

Usual question, can't see your legs, upper body is only part of the story.

I guess you are around 18%

If you lost 20lbs you would be cut.

I think you've done a good job there, I'd guess 9-10% now.
