What would you like to be remembered for?

Once you are gone, what would you like to be remembered for?

When someone mentions your name what would you like the rest of the sentence to sound like?

For me, I would love it to sound along the lines of...
Did you hear Broken past away?
Yeah, it is a shame, he was such a loving father and husband.

Same answer for me.
My teenage boys don't appreciate sh1t right now but I'm hoping in adulthood they'll look back and realise I tried my best.

I really believe they will WS.
I am sure I made things difficult for my mum as I grew up. Single mum from when I turned 11, although she had a b/f that was a total d1ck.
I really appreciate now how she brought me and my brother up, and although in certain areas I still don't agree 100% with her decisions, I can hand on heart say she was always trying to do what she believed was best and I completely accept that.

Yeah my dad died just after my 6th birthday. Had an older sister, twin brother and younger sister aged just 2. If I do half the job she did I'll be happy.

For not being a selfish or self centered person.

For being generous with my time and money with others.

All round nice fella.

A wise man once said " it is not how important you think you were, nor how much money and success you've achieved, ... all you will be remembered for is what you have done for others ".

What I love about this thread is we are all posting on a board about bodybuilding, and yet nobody has said 'I want to be remembered for being the biggest guy etc.'
I really appreciate that.

But if he came out with a gem like that he probably used it at every opportunity. Until people were like "yeah we know you'll be remembered blah blah blah, " then they would get really p1ssed and be like "what the hell have you ever done 'wise man', oh yeah you came up with one hit and played it to death. Shut the hell up and get a job hippy" people would totes say that.
