Whats Best??

First things first im not a body builder, but i am very keen to get in shape!!! Basically i train 5 times a week and have what i feel is a good programme for me in my current stage of training. But what i really want to know is which supplements will benifit me in my goal to get bigger, increasing my muscle strength size and definition. Any ideas would be great.

Creatine monohydrate (creapure especialy), fish oil (joints and hormone health) and whey protein. Thats all you really need. Then you can include luxuries after you've been on them for a while.

correct me if im wrong but to gain muscle size strength and definition you would have to lead the bodybuilder lifestyle and thus be technically classed as such. The main things you need are a good sound diet plan, plenty of good sleep, decent training plan and the dedication and motivation needed to stick to it.

Diet advice in the diet forums, training advice in the training forum and the only supplement youll need if youre a newbie is whey protein for Post Workout Shakes

Perhaps also add a multi-vitamin if you're not taking one.

I definately agree with the greenranger, if you don't get your diet right there is pretty little point training or taking any supplements such as Creatine or weight gainers.

Get your diet, training and rest/sleep sorted then start looking at supplements.

Alrite m8, welcome, A decent diet, routine, rest and dedcation will help u get gains. IMO The only supps u really need r a decent Whey and some CCE or Mono creatine, i prefer CEE, doesn't mess my stomach up like Monohydrate. Also i think it is worth getting some Flax Oil too. Don't expected miricals with supps.
