Alrite m8, welcome, A decent diet, routine, rest and dedcation will help u get gains. IMO The only supps u really need r a decent Whey and some CCE or Mono creatine, i prefer CEE, doesn't mess my stomach up like Monohydrate. Also i think it is worth getting some Flax Oil too. Don't expected miricals with supps.
