Whats a...

Help, I'm American!

Whats a...
Chav?
Tosser?
Townie?
Bugger?
Knob?
Ned?
If something is the "bees knees" is that good?

I get general impressions from the posts, but I'm still a little confused.

Thanks guys.

Twinky is a little yellow pastry filled with cream, also someone who bashes you with ridiculious rules or laws. Also a school bus.
Small fry is a scrawny guy like me. Short, pipe cleaner arms, 100 pound weaklings. Could mean a child.
Turnpike is a highway or expressway with tollbooths
