Whats best meal to eat before my morning workout?
I currently have my breakfast at about 7in the morning. This consists of an egg white tuna omlette and I also take MP's "Morning Formula"
I work out at around 9 - Do I need to up my carbs intake for better workout potential and if so what would be a good simple thing to eat and should i eat this with my breakfast as I do not want to eat too big a meal, times etc etc
All opinions appricated,
