Whats for lunch?

i just went and got a whole cooked garlic and herb chicken for myself

best part £1

feel sorry for the poor bird, being killed of for £1 lmao

    I had brocolli, chicken and basmatic rice, all plain and went down a treat - roll on 3pm for next meal, cottage cheese and oat cakes, yummy

    Tuna pasta bake. My wife made it yesterday. There is a load in the fridge that is calling me (eat me eat me)

    Just had sweet potato with beans and tuna and an apple. Next up boiled chicken breast with basmati rice and what appears to look like various types of bird seed... mmmmmmmmmmmm...

    chicken breast, lots of mixed greens(broccoli, spinach, fine beans and runner beans) 2 boiled eggs
