What's my likely muscle weight gain ?

I'm starting out weight training again, after a 6 month absence.
I'm 154lbs, probably around 25% body fat, 5ft 7.

I've started doing lots of cardio and on a high protein, low-fat diet. My main aim at present is to lose the fat, but nice to gain muscle mass too.

Can anyone give a rough estimate as to how much muscle weight I should gain as opposed to bodyfat that i'm losing. I weigh myself once a week, and aiming to lose around 2lb/week, but should I factor in any muscle weight gain, or will this be MUCH lower than fat i'd be losing?

How longs a piece of string?
resistence training= increased muscle mass. cardio= decreased body fat
how much fat are you wanting to lose? how much muscle mass are you wanting to gain? what are your routines and diets like?
It's impossible to tell what your gains and losses would be though with a balanced diet and exercise you should reach your goals. it takes around 12 weeks to see real physical diffrences in your appearance

    OK
as a layman, i just thought it might be quite straightforward how much muscle mass someone gains with a good weights regime, regardless of my aims on fat loss (assume i'm eating enough protein for growth).
I've gained quite a lot visibly, from 2 previous 3 month sessions.
