The edge of tthe dumbell should touch the front of your shoulder, with your upper arm remaining perpendicular (vertical) to the floor. So, it shouldn't touch your chin, but it should go beyond parallel. I wouldn't bother doing them after BB curls. Choose one or the other.
Wipe the sand outta yer fanny and get in the f***ing squat rack!
