    Was 4 day split, but just moved abs/calves to a separate day and it's great

    So now 5 days, each 45 minutes or there abouts, sometimes less

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    Wiffers thats some serious progress you made there, how long did it take you to get your deads to that weight?

    Regarding the acne thing, I suffered with it for years, but never took any gear and the only thing that worked for me in the end was roaccutane, but gave me some scars, has a few side effects which you probs already know of, anyways keep the lifting!

    14 months from how I looked on page 1 of my journal to my avatar, and from never dead lifting in my life to 240kg

    Been benching 3 weeks (on 3x6 @ 105kg) and squatting 2 weeks (on 160kg for 6) so hopefully they'll soon catch up

    3 day split- mon chest/hams/calfs,wen back/arms,fri shoulders/legs.
