Wheat addiction?

I must surely have some sort of wheat addiction! If such a thing exists!
Well Shredded Wheat lol
I'm now up to 10 of them at a go! And no not the bitesize ones. The regular ones!
I've even got fed up going back and forward to fill the bowl up and now use a great big glass mixing bowl and just bung the 10 in!
I even woke up last night fancying some more! Wtf? Bought 4 boxes of 30 the other day...just to tide me over

I used to get like this with Muesli but I was certain that was just the sugar rush from all the dried fruits. But there's practically no sugar in Shredded Wheat. So I've no idea what's causing it! Although they are gorgeous tbh  Plus I do go for long stretches without carbs but then I should be craving simples sugars then right? Anyway, if it fits my marcos right?

Anyone else got weird unexplainable food addictions?

I love shredded wheat, but forgot how good they are until I read this!  I'm also addicted to muesli (its my comfort food of choice) but prefer the wheat or spelt variety over the fruity or nutty type, so it's not the sugar rush.

I think 6 is the most I ever used to get through.  10 is good going, respect!

Lol no still some other carbs but haven't gained any fat though. Training 6 days a week. Might give them a miss today though and go in a deficit.

I have an a bit of addiction to those and was having 10+ a day at one point on top of all the oats I eat, I top them with a drizzle of raspberry hinted honey, like pudding to me.

Only having 4-6 nowadays, but without fail everyday, oats first then those.

Yeah love that honey, you guys tried those flav drops from MP?

Boy they are good on oats, so far tried raspberry and toffee, and they make a bowl of oats and more.

Also got strawberry, maple, vanilla and banana to try yet, saves some cals and they taste really good, much better then them acid toppers zero syrups etc.
