When To Take Protein Supplement

Hey There,

Age - 16
Height - 172CM - Mid/Tall
Weight - 58KG

Those are my details ^

I am trying to 'bulk up' and gain muscle, i am not one of those people who are literlaly skin and bone who's abs are seen purely because of the thin layer of skin covering them.. but i am not fat, far from it! but i am described as thin sometimes..

Now, i've bought This, 2 boxes of it.. so i have 40 sachets, i am trying to improve my physique and become muscular and 'big'.

What i'd like hep with is how to train, and when to take these protein shakes.

I am aiming to go 4 times a week, - Monday Wednesday, Friday, Saturday/sunday? You help for deciding my workout days would be greatly appreciated.

I am asking questions like - Shall i take a protein sachet only after each workout?
                                       Shall i take one everyday in the evening so it will tie in with the end of my workouts?
                                       What happens when i take the protein on a day when i am not working out?



                                     How would i get 'ripped' and 'stacked'? :P

    Protein shakes are a tiny part of the equation and you are placing far too much emphasis on them. Get your diet sorted.

    If you read the articles suggested, you would see that the question you are asking is moot.

    Protein supplements are to supplement your diet. When you are not getting sufficient protein from your diet, then you supplement your diet with shakes. This is when you take it. There is no right or wrong answer to your question.

    Agreed, please exhaust the articles first or invest in a personal trainer and/or professional dietary advice to assist you.
