When do you train? after work

Hey guys

How do you guys fit your training regime around your working hours. I would be working 9-5:30 , 5 days a week.

Was just wondering if you workout straight after work, or in the morning before you go work?

Would be knackering either way IMO

I agree, - i'm lucky at the moment as the company I work for are so relaxed I train in my lunch "hour".

I'm currently training 5 days a week & still have all my evenings & weekends to myself.

Saying that though, i will be looking for another job in the not so distant for financial reasons, so God knows what i'll be doing then

What do you do now ? why will it be knackering ? I work shifts and sometimes I train before work and sometimes after. The only time I wont train is straight after a night shift at 6am, I go to bed then train when I get up after lunch

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

Can be tiring going into train after a long day at work, once I get started I'm usually fine, its just getting started.
Its often my own fault, I'll stay up late reading something or watching some film, not get enough sleep.

If I actually go to bed and get a full 7hours sleep, I'm usually alright.

Training in the morning is great for me as it really does help me get lean, the problem is that with doorwork on the weekend, my sleep cycle is constantly thrown, so I don't really see myself being able to go back to that until I pack in the door work.

Anyway, I often find I'm bored ****less in the afternoon if I'm not training. I know I should be studying to improve my career prospects, but its summer, and I'm not motivated to do that.

    Depends when I work

    I do 0600 - 1400, in this case i'd train at around 1530ish
    1400 - 2200, in this case i'd train around 0900/1000
    2200 - 0600, in this case i'd train around 1700hrs

Will soon be moving to 10 hr shifts though, so not sure yet how i'll work that out
