When should i start taken supplements????????

hi everyone! i have just recently bought creatine capsules. protein. and jack3d. my mate reckons it is to early for me to be doing so. i have been going to the gym 5times a week since first week of january. he reckons i should wait until the 6month mark. can i please get some advice on the above and whether i am doing it correctly. i have been taken the protein afte workout for 1 month and 6 creatine capsules per day for the same time. look forward to your replies!

    It doesn't really matter, just make sure you do see them as supplements.
    Make sure you're training efficiently and then concentrate on your diet to get hyoooooge

    You can take them from day 1 imo, might not be getting the most out of them until your training and diet are efficient but they're not going to do you any harm and will probably help some.
    Maybe lose the jack3d though. And also don't think that just because you are having a protein shake after you work out that your muscles are going to get bigger, you need to be eating well for the other 15 hours of the day.

    Current training: 6-day split
    Current cycle: Test E @ 500mg per week

    Weight : 272lbs

    Yeah as above, supplements are there to 'supplement' your diet. Try looking at that first. You'll see far better results with a spot on diet rather than just looking straight at supplements.
