You can take them from day 1 imo, might not be getting the most out of them until your training and diet are efficient but they're not going to do you any harm and will probably help some.
Maybe lose the jack3d though. And also don't think that just because you are having a protein shake after you work out that your muscles are going to get bigger, you need to be eating well for the other 15 hours of the day.
