When the weight runs out

I am currently on Frankie NYs mass routine 5x5. The problem is that at my gym I have built up to the maximum weight dumdbells which is only a mere 25kg. Changing gyms is not an option so i was wondering are there are ways which i can compensate for this in my routine. Possibly change the 5x5 format, things like dumdbell rows i think i could go 35kg but do not have the option......... any ideas ?

Either swich to barbell rows/presses or change gyms. Why is changing gyms such an issue?

change rep and set range. anything from 6-8x4, 10-12x3. i know its stepping out from frankies 5x5 but, just try it.

The gym location and emptiness sound ideal - why not talk to the management and ask 'em to get some bigger weights or plate-loading dumbbells?
