When to do bloodwork?

Just finished nolva/clomid pct for a 10 week prop/tren/winny cycle, great gains (16 to 15% (est) body fat, 84.5 - 91.5kg)

Due to start next cycle (primo/enan/proviron - 10 weeks) in September following a time off = time on + pct policy.

Was gonna get blood work done at docs by doing the "wellman" tests as ninja suggests.

When would be the best time to do this? Now or later?

Thanks

Just before proposed cycle. This way you can be sure that you recovered successfully (or not!)

I know it's hard to say, but as a rule of thumb how long to recover fully?

does time off = time on + gap + pct usually work?

    thx

Only way to know for sure is to have blood tests done .

I'm planning on starting my next cycle on 28th of nov (my birthday) so am gonna get my blood done just before to see how I am.
If I'm ok I'll start, if not then I'm gonna wait.

Pretty impossible to say tbh. Depends also on the severity of the cycle and whether you have been hammering out the cycles previously. Some recovery well, others I know still struggle with recovery after many months or 1yr+.

Can you give me some more info on these tests? Im extending my cycle rite out and think that it would be benificial for me to do some tests after before hitting it again!

If you're a girl you have "well woman" centres etc

If you're a man you can also get the same. Meant for over 30s, but apprently just ask doc if you can have the "wellman" test and he'll do it, regardless of your age. All on NHS. If they ask why, just say you used to drink a lot etc and want to see if you're normal.

They check blood pressure, test levels, liver, kidneys, prostate etc

I've not done it yet, but this is what Ninja says, and he knows his stuff.

Or you could say your`re about to start an intensive physical training program and want to ensure that there are no underlying health problems beforehand .
I am going to get one of these done myself soon ( i am 40 :-)

Apparently most doctors will be glad to do the tests - shows you're trying to be healthy

any these tests would cover everything a private blood test can check? By that i mean testing for things which roids can damage, such as your liver.

This would be great if i could get it done although not sure how i'd justify it ....

Perhaps if i was to say been feeling generally run down, keep getting i'll, feel like i have no imune system (which is true when im on cycle cos i keep getting bloo*y colds), can't seem to be motivated to do anything etc??

    Think that would work?

Not really a drinker full stop (only when off cycle on the occasional fri/sat) and i don't smoke or take rec drugs so can't say its cos of anything i done like that in the past ... just don't want to walk in there with not solid reason n for my doc to figure out my real reason, lol.
