When to go back on
Ok, so heres the script.
Last year a chubby 17.5 stone me decided to take my first cycle. I did a short cycle in may of masteron and dbol (very odd, I know) strength gains were fab. I then started a test e 500 mg e/w course last july with prov 25mg eod. I cleaned up my diet big style and did moderate cardio for the ast 4 weeks of a 12 wek cycle and then more cardio 8 weeks after cycle. I dropped to 100kg (about 15.5stone)
I took about 10 weeks off and started test e again at same dose, jan feb march, 14 weeks total. Diet wasn't as good, due to work ec the training wasn't as good and I basicaly came off 7 weeks ago. I'm now a nice lean 14.5 stone since the bloat has went away, at 6ft 3" I go some calipers and I am 14% bf according to the measurements I took.
So to sum up, lost 9 inches from waist, two from things, 1 from chest, nowt from arms
and can see my rbs, abs etc now without flexing my pale scottish flesh.
I plan to do a proper mass cycle now, got a diet in place that I have followed 5 weeks now, got back into training regularly so want some advice on 2 things.
1> how long should I leave it before goinf back on
2> what cycle should I got for? (test e again higher dose? test e same dose and add tren/deca?)

BTW, I was at the NABBA show in edinburgh at the wkend.............. motivational to say the least!!
