When to take Glutamine?

hey guys,
This is how I take my stuff:

Taurine/ Akenine/ Creatine -----1 hr before workout.

Whey Protein/ Dextrose ---------half hour before workout.

Whey protein ---------------------after workout

I have some Glutamine,--------- when should I have that?

    Id take it with the whey protein after your workout.

    Whats the difference from your reg L-Glutamine and your MP Max L-Glutamine range mate?

    Apparently it's not a good idea to have glutamine together with whey because the aminos compete for uptake. Better to have glutamine in the morning and before bed, and if you have it post workout leave a period before you have whey. Or have the glutamine before training?...

    You should switch the dextrose to after workout and none before, or a slow carb like oats instead (before workout).
