Whey, after workout and/or for breakfast. How much depends on your protein needs and how much you get from diet.
Creatine 5g per day, take it when ever you want or as long as you want in any liquid, except for pee.
Glutamine, take whenever you want, post workout 10-20g and/or pre bed 10/20g.
