When to take them...Post Message
i am 36 this year and decided that enough is enough...(No im not going to top myself, dont worry)
im sick of over eating and sitting on my ass this year.
im 6' 2" and way 110KG...i dont think im fat...just my stomach is getting bigger and bigger.
so i have done the following:
I quit smoking (2 months now) going well
i started kickboxing (training 2hours a day, 1hr morning, 1hr night) training 8 weeks now
also eating 6 small meals a day, and no more fizzy drink!!! and no food after 7.30pm!!! (i was always snacking at night)
only started this last week...
i recently came across these Hollywood pills, they were giving a free trial for a month, i signed up and they arrived today.
they called something x, or burn x or something, cant remember, dont have the bottle with me.
it says take two daily...
i googled but couldnt find any exact instructions on taking them.
so i trained this morning at 7.00am and took it at 8.15am
and i plan to take it after i train tonight at about 9pm
is this ok?
here are my questions:
1) can these supplements really work?
2) With my training schedule and diet approach how long would i look at before seeing positive results?
3) is there very specific exercises for losing stomach fat...i just do leg raises and situps / crunchies / burpies etc
