Where has the time gone?

Hey Guys, I know this isn't really the time to be asking this question, but I sure have been DAMN thinking about it for a long time. As we get older what can we expect from our bodies?

I love trainig, I love going to the gym.....it's been part of my life for the "better" part of my life and quite frankly I'm scared my body just won't be able to do it one day. I know alot of you guys on this board are much younger then I am, but some of you guys are perhaps close to my age and I know you have been thinking about it as well!!!!

Well, maybe I'm thinking about it way too much, but I sure don;t know what I would do without the GYM?

Cheers

Thanks DG, I got a better one that I was looking for today. You guys should all try this to determine your REAL AGE.

    Give it a try.

    Cheers
