whey is best taken in the morning and PWO. Creatine is beat taken in the morning, post-workout, or pre-workout
Because most people have high GI carbs post-workout, they add creatine to their whey....like killing two birds with one stone
So your PWO shake would consist of 30-40g whey, 5g creatine, and 20-80g carbs (depending on your goals)
