Entirely depends on what your aims are.
If your looking for good gains most people need to take there equivalent weight in protein or above. ie 200lbs, 200 grams of protein a day. Achieved through both shake supplements and good diet.

Peronally i have three a day, one first thing in the morning, one pwo, (both in water) and one in milk right before nap time. The shakes alone get me around 170g of protein

well i will tell you but it wont do you much good coz your protein will most likely be different and your scoop different
2 scoops is meant to get me around 45g of protein, and i cant really remember but i think the scoop is 30g. You will be able to work out the protein your getting from the info on the product

i think the myprotein is about 80%, so two scoops should get you 48g of protein if the scoop is 30g. Maths was never a good point of mine but i am sure this is right!
I take 3 scoops pwo which will get you around 70g of protein when you need it the most right after within the 45 minute window (but the sooner the better,i am no more than 5 mins after). so 70 right after the gym and 48 first thing on a morning and late at night
= around 170g of protein for the day from shakes + wotever you consume from food
