    What whey is it?

Try just mixing it with a fork. Should get less sickly froth that way!

I had the same problem. If i mixed it in the blender too quickly it was like drinking air! Much too hard and after I felt bloated and sick.

    I now either

    1) Mix it on the slowest setting on the blender for about 2 mins!

    or

    2) If im going to work, mix it up in a blender quicky, then put it in a plastic bottle and leaving it in a fridge. All the bubbles go an then you can neck it in no time at all!

It's more frothy when mixed with milk, and more sickly-tasting. Mix it with water.

Also, leave it for a few minutes after shaking, any bubbles will go.

Unflavoured to me tastes pretty good, just like milkshake without a taste lol. Ok, i'll try lower the settings or just put it aside and leave it for while.
