cant ansewer the how long willt it last if we dont know how much you have to scoop per drink. or give us the make and i could figure it out.
twice aday is good 3 time a day will make a real differnce.
    1. first thing as soon as you wake up in the morning with water.
    2.pre/post training with water.
    3. just about to turn the light sout to go to sleep preferrably mixed with milk as this will slow down the absorbsion and feed your body throughout the night.

Once you have hit your target weight yes you simply need to maintain the muscle, that doesnt mean though that you can cut donw on your traing, keeping the muslce you have gained requires as much dedication.

cant answer that unless we know how much you have ordered and how much you purpose to use per serving. Personally I vary the serving size depending on my daily needs

    I foresee great things...

Whey is just food. Convenience food, no more no less. Albeit a little better than McD's How bigs your serving size?

This is not pointless. You can never know too much. Get as much information as you can about subjects as this can only help you in future for progressing.

Your protein will last you approx 2.5 months give or take.

I currently by 5 KGS at a time and that lasts me about 3 months. I need to up my protein intake now though and will have 3 shakes/day and 5 KGS will last me about 2 months.

To notice a difference you have to make sure your diet and routine is sorted. Whey is not a miracle muscle builder it is only there to aid you.

Once you reach the dsired weight you could easily stop taking whey. Aslong as your diet is good you will keep all your gains.

information is great, but too much confueses u,

    Thats where i went wrong.

I now have a little book, called "true grit", do a search on it, its cheap and worth its weight in gold.

all answers to most questions on our beloved sport

ps. what weight r u after, it should be muscle mass not weight, u could weigh the same as a fat girl., but have 10 times her muscle mass.

pps, whe u reach ur "weight" to maintain generally needs a bit less protein

Whey is just a food supplement, its not even as good as food. Eating a big fat chicken breast is much better!

food 90% of the time yes, but when youve just done a heavy weight session and your body is screaming out for protein plentiful and fast to repair itself, thats where the whey wins, no digestion time, just threw the system and replacing the muscle.

Agreed, Im not saying its bad, its good at certian parts of the day i.e morning & post workout in water, TBH these are the only times you need whey IMO!
