Whey shake OK next day?

If I pre-mix my whey shake night before with all ingredients and then keep in fridge will I still get full benefits from the whey the following afternoon as I have read that once mixed whey protein needs to be consumed within 20mins?

i think that is maent more for quality of taste rather than nutritional values. The amount of protein shouldn't decrease, but it may not taste too good!!

should be fine in the fridge. Afterall its a milk based product and milk keeps for a good week in the fridge.

    Any particular eason for that?

Forgot to mention that if i'm out of the office for the day (which is quite a lot) then take the powder in a shaker and mix as required.

doesn't whey denature or lose effect in some way in liquid after you've ledft it for a while.

I remember being told that. (I don't know for sure though). James? Toxic? SOmeone who knows?

Nothing wrong with leaving it over night. I do it everyday for work the next day.

Dont know how long you could leave it for without it going a bit nasty mind??????

Whey supposedly denatures once mixed with water. I find this hard to believe without seeing further info. I just follow the rule of mixing when I actually need it.

I often take a bottle of water or milk into work along with a sandwich bag containing a serving of whey. Takes a while to shake all the lumps but it’s easy as.

I take a tub with whey in it and keep a shaker at work. Take enough whey for a week.

dont know the facts but all protien starts to break down when exposed (took our of packet or put in somet)

protien with more amino acids is good, the more a protien breaks down the less amino acids in it or somet

and the body can use the protien with more amino acids easyer than it can the other

like i say i dont know the facts but it does break down a bit but stays as protien just a bit less usable

but we all have work and things todo so ule just have to mix it the night b4
